Review My Flat

Primarily to serve two main users: previous tenants report on good or bad flats, and future tenants check whether a flat they're viewing is worth renting based on other people's reviews.

Backstory

• my first flat in London is a really nice ensuite room with shared living spaces, decent flatmates, but it was a student dorm and I couldn't stay longer than a year.
• 2nd flat: no UK guarantor needed, perfect for recently graduated international students like me… until I realised my contract wasn't even legally binding (my flatmates were basically subletting me a room).
• 3rd flat: lots of mice and mould in the shower, also one of the worst neighbourhoods I've lived in.
• 4th flat: flatmate brought their entire family of 6 to stay for two months… Landlord did absolutely nothing. Total nightmare.
• 5th flat: found out I was paying way more rent than my flatmates, and one day came home to a random maintenance guy leaning on my bed fixing something I never asked to be fixed.

So yeah, I feel obliged to do something to solve my own problem: review my flat. Help save lives by leaving reviews for the next tenant. Help people find gems, avoid disasters, and know what they're actually signing up for before they move in.
